Pack the products that you want to return
Please remember to protect the returned merchandise from damage by using appropriate cushioning. Package it in a regularly shaped cardboard box or the plastic packaging used by the designated courier company. Seal the package with tape and do not use stretch wrap.

Wait for the refund
We will refund your money within 14 days from receiving the parcel. The refund will be credited to the account number provided in the withdrawal from the contract form.
REMEMBER!
- You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to return the merchandise.
- The return procedure applies only to new, standard version merchandise (unaltered as per customer's request) that shows no visible signs of use (except for inspecting the purchased item). Therefore, we kindly ask you to try on clothing carefully to avoid staining and not to remove manufacturer's tags.
- Please ensure that the packaging of the returned items is appropriate. Please secure the products properly to prevent damage during transport and excessive wrinkling.
- We do not accept parcels sent to us with cash on delivery.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
If the purchased merchandise does not meet your expectations in any way, you have the option to exchange it for another product within 14 days. The exchange is carried out by withdrawing from the sales contract and making a new purchase by placing a new order. To do this, please follow the withdrawal procedure described above and then place a new order for the selected available product. We kindly ask you to use the above form for this purpose.
